OUR HISTORY

POMAT PETERS NIGERIA LIMITED started the business of marketing Screen-printing materials such as:  inks, poster papers and allied chemicals under the name of Pomat Progressive Trading Company in 1978.

In 1979, another business outfit “Advertising Collection Agency” was added to the existing business. In that same year, the Company began a full-scale business of advertising contracting and screen process printing.

In 1986, the business was registered as POMAT PETERS NIGERIA COMPANY. At this time, the company was responsible for the production of stickers, handbills, banners, posters and other screen-printed materials. By the end of 1986, the Company acquired an acre of land in the Abule-Egba area of Lagos State; where the company’s factory is currently situated. The company was registered in 1989 under the Companies Act of 1968; as a Private Limited Liability Company – POMAT PETERS NIGERIA LIMITED.

Our resolution to support the changing needs of the advertising industry led to the acquisition of the most advanced technological equipments for Large Format Digital Printing in 2002. With the Large format digital systems; our production line is now fully automated with modern and sophisticated screen -printing machines and accessories. This places us at the cutting edge of producing high quality advertising materials whose quality is second to none.

POMAT PETERS NIGERIA LIMITED is currently staffed with diverse competent and intellectual talents who are highly skilled professionals in their select disciplines. Our production arm in particular is adequately staffed with highly-skilled and competent personnel whose skills and professional acumen are regularly updated through overseas and on-the-job training.
